The challenge
CPW needed an Associate / Associate Director level chartered engineer to join the technical expert team at a large building services design consultancy, based in their Midlands office.
This was a niche position working away from projects in more of a technical expert role, with a fast-tracked route to Director created by successful retirement planning.
